If you own a building constructed or significantly renovated prior to 1990, it may contain asbestos. OSHA regulations and the Texas Department of Health require owners to know the condition of asbestos in their building(s) and if tenants/employees are being exposed.

Burcham Environmental Services will collect samples of building materials suspected of containing asbestos fibers. Each sample is collected and placed in an approved container to be examined by certified experts in the BES labs.

If the survey indicates that asbestos-containing materials are present, BES will make recommendations on how to best handle and properly dispose of the materials.
